We held two separate days for siblings during the Easter break. The first session was for older siblings who have started secondary school. This was a follow up to the pilot workshop we held in February.

The session was 3hrs and included a mixture of games, verbal sharing and art.  The 3 young people who attended used the session to openly share their experience of having a younger brother or sister with special educational needs.

The second day was an activity day for younger siblings aged between 5 and 11. Ten children came to this group and they spent the day exploring themes of friendship and family using music and drama to express themselves. They fed back that it was great fun.
