On the 30th of May we held a music making workshop for Teen Siblings. Rocksteady Music School came into Oakleigh and taught our older siblings' group how to play a pop song.

The young people picked up these instruments for the first time, learnt to play the notes from the song and performed together. The song they chose to play was 'Happier' by Marshmello.

These are quotes from the young people when asked what was the best thing about the day:

"Playing as a group"; "Everything"; "Drums!"

Many thanks to Dan from Rocksteady Music School, he put the group at ease and made the whole experience very enjoyable for everyone.
